After a short illness, our beloved Jimmy has passed.
He was loved by more people than he realised, with many getting in touch to say hooray before he left.
James was kind, patient, with a great sense of humour and loved a good story.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Colleen, daughters Georgie and Charlie, his many grandchildren (and their mates), and the rest of his extended family.
We have so much gratitude to those who helped make Dad’s last days easier, especially his sister Geraldine.
He didn’t want any fuss so there won’t be a funeral but feel free to donate to Hospice who were a great support.
The world is a bit less bright without him (though now we can talk during the 6pm news without being growled).
