On 26th April 2025 peacefully at home aged 85 years.
Dearly loved Husband of Valerie for 64 years.
Much loved Dad & Father-in-law of Jackie & Michael Chivers, Julie & Richard McCracken, Michelle & Brendon Nottage.
Adored Poppa of David, Kate, Tim; Andrew, Melissa; Nathan, Rhiannon, & Jay.
In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations to Hospice Whanganui please.
Friends are invited to attend a Service to celebrate Tony’s life in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui, on Saturday 3rd May 2025 at 11.30am to be followed by a private cremation.

So sorry to hear about Tony's passing. I remember him through being involved with Wanganui Garrison Band of which my father was a Life Member. Condolences to you all.
Dear All, so sorry we are unable to attend to salute your man of many talents, one of which was to be Best Man at our marriage 58 years ago, along with the NZ Army Band of the day. Many are the shared memories. Our love to you all.

What a beautiful send off! I sat and watched it with tears & giggles with all the stories, so many beautiful memories. I loved coming over to your home with mum and dad, Val I still remember your oatmeal cookies!
