Financial Assistance
The two most common grants available to families are the Work and Income funeral grant and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). We can assist you in applying for either of these grants where appropriate.
Compassionate Airfares
Air New Zealand offer compassionate airfares to immediate family members travelling to a funeral. We will provide you with a letter from our company that the airline will require. To complete our letter to them we will need the following information:
- The full name of the person on the airline ticket
- The travellers relationship to the deceased
