Much loved wife of Peter for 64 years. Loved Mum of Sandy, Tony, Brian, and Colin.
Proud and adored Nana of her 14 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandson.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Val’s life in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui on Thursday 3rd October 2024 at 1.30pm to be followed by a private cremation.

On behalf of Mary Upson, sister of Val, the Upson family wish to offer our deepest condolences to Peter, Sandy, Tony, Brian and Colin. I personally have very fond memories of visiting Aunty Val and Uncle Peter in Palmerston North as a child. Mum's own stories from her childhood are filled with memories of her escapades with her younger sisters Val and Dot, who sadly is also no longer with us. Rest in peace Aunty Val xx
