Peacefully passed at Summerset Care Centre 19th December 2024, aged 94 years.
Beloved Husband of the late Zonya.
Loved Father and Father in law of Lana and Kevin, Debra and Ian, and the late Steven and Michelle.
Cherished Grandad and G.G Pop.
A special thankyou to all the staff at Summerset Village and Care Centre.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Brian’s life in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui, on Friday 27th December 2024 at 11:00am to be followed by Interment at the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery.

Dear Lana and family,

Thank you for inviting us to share in such a lovely service in commemoration of Brian. We thought Kevin spoke wonderfully and the setting, the flowers and the polished fireman’s helmet made for a beautiful picture with which to remember this occasion.
Brian was clearly dedicated to his family and his service to the community and we know he will be missed by you all.

You are in our thoughts and we wish you all our best,

Too my great uncle Brian Hyland. Your passing has sent deep sadness too our family. You will always stay in our hearts and memories not forgotten.
