Peacefully, in Whanganui, on Wednesday 19th March, and now at rest with his beloved Wife Janette.
A great 89 years well lived, and a strong legacy left behind.
Eldest Son of the late Elsie and Les, and Brother of the late David.
Proud Father, and Father-in-Law of Cameron and Vicki Bell, Kirsty and Chris Back, and Fiona and Mark Bullock.
Loved Poppa of Alexandra Handcock, Thomas, Taylor and Olivia Bell; Amie, Sara-Jane and Sophie Back; and Anna, Pippa, Ben and Emma Bullock.
Great Grandfather of Lily, Gus, and Banks.
The family especially want to thank all the special staff at Jane Winstone, Whanganui who cared for Dad, respecting the gentleman he was.

The family invite you to share in John's life acknowledgement to be held in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 11.00am, followed by a private interment at the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery.

Heartfelt condolences to the Bell family. Huge respect for this gentleman and his wife Janette whom we remember so well and who showed incredible love and respect for our whanau in return.
